  When we arrived that morning there were 2 shuttles idling in the driveway. There were about 15 of us standing around waiting at 5:20 am. I finally went to one of the shuttles to ask who would be taking us.He seemed irritated but got out to find out. He went and spoke with the other shuttle driver and then got back in his shuttle without saying a word. He pulled his shuttle right in front of us and sat there for a moment again until he opened the door. He asked where people were going and finally starting loading up the shuttle. When we all were loaded he was pretty short with everyone. He wasn't pleasant to be around and seemed frustrated that we needed to get to the airport. Our experience on the way back from the airport, however, was very different. They were very prompt, polite and informative on what he was doing. He was very pleasant!

  Stayed here for 2 nights and hosted a meeting. The hotel was very nice. Recently remodeled. Everything looked new. The M lounge was great. Unfortunately since it was the weekend they didn't have any food but still you could get coffee and have a quiet place to sit The meeting rooms were very nice. The only complaint was the elevators were slow

  This is a very nice hotel. It is large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is kept up and it looks almost new on the inside. There is ample room for meetings and convention gatherings. They supply food and drinks if needed and service throughout the meeting. There are plenty of bathrooms and lounge areas to charge your electronics and relax. There is an inside and outside pool with jacuzzi. They supply airport shuttles every 30 minutes and the airport is 5 minutes from the hotel. You can not hear the airplanes either.

  Ahhh. I'm a road warrior. This is like every other older Marriott. Room smelled stale, nothing special, except the staff. Very friendly, professional, and well trained. Tried very hard. I'd go back for the staff, but otherwise a typical road warrior hotel. The rooms need refreshing

  Why was this property excellent? Is that REALLY a question? This is my second time at this property in the last month. Beautiful property, and a wonderful M Lounge! Lobby is a little dated, but how much time do you really spend down there? Upon my first stay, I had the pleasure of being the first person the new manager checked in! For her to be only 2 weeks in, you surely could not tell. I was coming off of a bad day at work and I must admit, I was extremely rude to this young lady, but not ONCE did she falter. She smiled, offered me some wine after my long day, and gave me a voucher for dinner. My second stay is going on right now! You will not believe me when I say it must be fate! I was having yet another bad day and Mrs. Rice was there with her smiling face to check me in again! It instantly made my day. As always, she was pleasant and professional! The room she assigned me was beautiful and had a great view of the airport. My blow dryer went out and they were quick with replacing it. Besides the beautiful room upgrades, Mrs. Rice will be the reason I continue to stay at this property. Having someone who possess so much joy and positivity is rare! She loves her job and you can absolutely tell. Keep up the good work and hire more Mrs. Rice's!
